Hi Ricky,

I just go with a keyword that gets some traffic but has little competitionfor blog posts, there's no need to keep repeating the keyword over and over to try and get ranked, infact that will just get your site thrown out.

It's the quality of the <a href="http://www.forfreedom.ws/product-reviews/article-marketing-automation-my-article-network-review-113/" title="inbound links" rel="nofollow">inbound links</a> and the linking text you should focus on as this is what gets pages ranked, don't get hung up on keyword density.

I know keywords are great way to juice google traffic but how do you decide which keyword is best suited for ur post.Do we need to use such keywords again nd again to drive more traffic in every posts?I know this may sound absurd or unethical but i dont know much about all this stuff.i am just a beginner.
